I didn't receive the certificate

For EAD Qualification Courses, Campus Virtual Fiocruz issues the certificate by email within 5 business days from the moment the completion criteria are met (read more in the Student Guide or on the hotsite of your course). If you do not receive it within this period, follow these steps:

  1. 01. The email to which the certificate will be sent is the email entered in the registration form, so make sure you are checking the correct email;
  2. 02. Check your spam and/or trash folder in your email;
  3. 03. Try to obtain the duplicate by accessing the course's hotsite (certificates button);
  4. 04. If after all the previous steps you were unable to obtain the certificate, please contact us at the following email address: suporte.campus@fiocruz.br ;
  5. 05. When contacting us, please provide your full name, CPF, full name of the course, and that the deadline for issuing the certificate has already expired.

For courses that are not free or that have some differentiated certification criteria, issuance is carried out by the Course Coordinator with a deadline set by the coordinator (read more in the Student Guide or on the course registration page).
